If it's a personal return, can't beat Intuit's Turbo Tax online. About US$ 50-70 depending on version you need and works from Thailand. I've used it for years and easy, fast, and secure.

Turbo Tax may be OK, but the end result is no better than the data you input. If you aren't sure of your situation, you may not get the best result.
