Microsoft Office has gone up up 25%! What alternatives are there?
As above, I don't need AI. I've got a better, real version (such as it is) installed upstairs. Does 365 Classic include Excel, Word and Outlook for e-mail and is it a trouble-free transition? If so, that's all I'd need. The MS blurb says it does but I thought I'd check with some real users. -

International Students Face Sudden Visa Revocations via email and told to self deport
You want to come learn in my country ! You better have a outstanding social media presence! As I recall dealing with the US embassy in 2022, they request you’re usernames on all Social media platforms. The above is a Excellent Idea . The state department can revoke you anytime . Google ai:Yes, the U.S. State Department does play a role in the visa process. -

Trump can Pave Way for Lasting Immigration Reform after Border Success
Are you aware laws were already on the books concerning legal entry into the USA when the illegal aliens supported by Biden chose to ignore them? ”Due process “. was not followed when they illegally entered. Nor should it be when they are deported. They’re not entitled to due process. -

I want to be a YouTuber !!! Ideas please
Not sure if you're serious or just throwing ideas out there, but I’ll give you my 2 cents anyway since that’s what I do for a living (I run a digital marketing agency and have a few clients doing YouTube and online stuff full-time). First off — yes, your iPhone is totally fine. You don’t need a fancy camera. Plenty of successful creators shoot everything with just their phone and a cheap tripod or selfie stick. Focus on the content, not the gear. As for ideas — honestly, just be yourself. Don’t try to guess what people wanna see. Think about what you would actually enjoy making. That way it comes out more real, more fun, and people can tell when it’s genuine. You mentioned being a single guy working full time, that's actually a good angle. There’s a whole audience out there that relates to that. You could document everyday life in Thailand from your perspective. Stuff like your experience with the police in Lopburi? That’s gold. People love real stories. And yeah, there’s a lot of travel videos, but not a lot of you. Add your own spin, humor, opinions, struggles. That’s what makes it stand out. Also, YouTube probably won’t be where you make most of your money. Sounds weird, but most creators make the bulk of their income from: Sponsorships Merch Patreon Coaching / courses / collabs I’ve got a client who did $90k USD last month and 70% of that came from a single sponsorship and one collab. So yeah, build the channel, but also build the brand around it. Check out @RetiredWorkingForYou He started posting in Koh Samui during COVID (Around June 2020 if I remember correctly) and now he’s got: 270k+ subs 40M+ views His own merch, Patreon, Retreats, etc. He basically turned his daily life into a full-time gig. Just by showing up and being himself. Anyway, if you’ve got more questions or wanna bounce ideas around, feel free to DM me. Always happy to help. -

International Students Face Sudden Visa Revocations via email and told to self deport
From your link: "sent in error" I have no idea what that means. I'm not making the claim but feel free to provide plenty more. Nah, I think you're being obtuse on purpose, so I'm going to let you do your own research. Which country would they self deport to if they were born in the US? Again, seriously? That's what you take from this? US citizens are being told (threatened) to leave the country within 7 days, or else? You don't think that's way over the top? Some even felt so threatened that they hired a lawyer. Two more examples. A man who was born in Georgia was detained by ICE in Florida, probably because he had a Latino name, or because he looked Latino. His mother came down to show the judge his social security card and birth certificate, and still they wouldn't let him go. https://www.nbcnews.com/news/latino/us-born-citizen-detained-ice-immigration-florida-rcna201800 ICE agents smashed the car window of the wrong guy, while his wife and young child were in the car. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rJ5YZQtJz7Y The point is that ICE is overstepping its legal authority by miles and miles, and that ICE agents act like goons and thugs, because they know there will be no repercussions. As you can see in this thread, many don't give a toss about the constitutional rights of anyone they don't like, and they actually even approve of it when these rights are very obviously violated.
