I have just tried to book the premium lounge offered by Bangkok flight services. after filling in all required detail it would not let me put in my payment details has anyone else had diffulties

Sorry I've not used it but now that you have tipped me off, and in addition to brianw's query - has anyone used this service and how was it? I would spend a few hundred baht on beer waiting to depart anyway, so 650baht including beer, snacks, and lounge sounds good.

I just did a trial run on the booking. You cannot fill in the payment details. You have to print off the form and write in payment details, scan it and email it!

"Please print this page, fill in the form below then scan and send by email to [email protected]"

The Premier Lounge was 1200 Baht for one and a half hours.

Worth it for a nice, quiet place to sit. Has its own smoking room, internet and refreshments. Unlimited wet bar.

At Gate G, the souvenier place next to Boots, 55 Baht a beer.

If you compare to the 1200baht for 1.5 hours its not too bad.

Yes expensive but that's for up to 20 passengers, so that's 20 quid each way per head.

Still exorbitant. 10 of us took a minivan from soi 4 to Pattaya and the price was around 1500 baht all in. Cost a fortune in sangsom though.
