Anyone else getting this message when on the Internet? Happens arbitrarily when clinking on links, shortcuts or just hitting the back key.

I'm on the wonderful Phuket "TOT" Internet connection @ 3meg. Seems their connection has slowed down considerably lately and now this.

In fact here is the complete message:

Sound like we need to call TOT!! Its a "1100" in Phuket in case you did know.

I'm getting it for a lot of websites.

I just called TOT at "1100". They are submitting a sercive report. I suggest we all call them and complain.

I gave up calling 1100 a long time ago. First I believed that the connection with ToT squid proxy probably located at Phuket has it self no connection at times but the error shows up so fast after a click in milliseconds. It must be caused by the local ToT internet 'specialists' trying to create the Phuket internet hub.

i live near nai harn beach and have tot. same error problems! happened more today than any other day. the last week the service has been getting progressively worse every day. have to refresh pages many times to bring up sites. What year is this? 1999

Same for me. 4mb in Phuket Town. Happens in a millisecond after clicking a link. I first thought it's my router but I see everyone has the same problem.

Only solution now is to call 1100 and to hope they'll fix it quickly.
