Forum Upgrade Delayed

Featured Replies

I like it the way it is !

But then again I fear change.

What's wrong with you???? Someone who sees reality????

Seriously, you've got it just right. Almost without exception, any forum or general website of which I've ever been a member or visited regularly has, over time, evolved. It seems that almost nobody likes such sites when they change. But, they adjust, and over time moan and groan when the next evolution occurs.

To the owners...go for it. Evolve us! But maybe involve us, too! If I were to complain about thaivisa.c.., it would be on a totally different topic.

If it ain't broke, why fix it?

IT specialists in my company love to keep on fixing things that aren't broke until they are. :)

What he said.

Just because you can do something doesn't mean that you should do it, what extra features/functionality does this proposed upgrade offer? ..... ask the most important people of the forum i.e. those that use it, if they want/need the changes.

Well, there are actually two groups of "most important people" on the forum -- the people currently on the forum, and future customers. Younger/newer customers may very well be more attracted to the new look and feel.

One of the most valid points made up to now was the position regarding colour blindness.

I have to agree with this 100%.

I myself am not colour blind, But i can imagine the difficulties experienced by those that are.
