What happend when i do a borderrun for 90 days with my considerationstamp for mariage exstension witch say gome back on the 13 of november. The stamp is already in my pasport. :) Do i have the apply for exstension again?

You have applied for a 1y marriage extension? Why you want do a border run?

Or do you mix that up with the 90d report. Just a guess.

If you have to leave the country you need to get a re-entry permit, else your extension dies.

Your under consideration stamp allows you to stay in Thailand until that date - at which time you should obtain the one year extension of stay. You do not have to leave to obtain a new 90 day stay unless it is disapproved on the 13th.

OK, I guess you are right now on a multiple entry B or O.

When applying for extension your new "under consideration" stamp is the valid one.

The entry stamp you had on your last border run is now no longer valid.

So, no you don't have to make a border run.

You can stay until 13th November.

That date doesn't look like a regular 'under consideration' stamp.

If he went more than 30 days before an old stamp expires, would they just go ahead and use the stamp he had before he applied for an extension?

I agree with TerryLH, it sounds strange, "Under Consideration" stamps are normally for one month only.

Can the OP scan the stamp for us to see??

ok i upload the stamp. i was 21 september in phibunmangsahan and no problem to get the stamp.

i have a multi entry non o how expired on the 13 of november.

i can do a borderrun before the 15 of october.post-77652-1254009648_thumb.jpg

my question was, what happend with the stamp when i do a last borderrun.

I still cannot understand why you want to do a border run.

You have permission to stay until 13th November. After that you get your 12 month extension.

What is the problem?

If you applied early your under consideration stamp will be until the end of your current permission to stay.

Which would be more than one month.

Ok,here is the reasen.

next year the dutch goverment go decrease the old men pension, when that happend i wil not have the 400.000 to show.

So if i do a borderrun than my year extension start feb 2010. is valid than till feb 2011.

in jan 2011 i get my insurance payout, and that is more than 400.000.

I hope you understand what i mean.

annyway thanks lite beer

Why not carry on with your current application. When that expires you can get a 60 day extension to visit your Wife. That would give you a bit more time.

You can always get another Non O Visa next year if you wanted.
