rmicheald
If you look at the way JBC is laid out it seems obvious that this road was accounted-for in the design, with the gap between A and S blocks. So the original developers must have known of the plans. I wonder what would have happened if they had just gone ahead anyway and closed the gap? Or maybe they dont actually own the land in the gap and this was retained by City Hall?I'll bet the owners never let on though, until the road became open knowledge. The apartments at the front of A1 are going to become really noisy. The bastard who put together the JBC project conviently forgot to include the patch of land that included the park and thoroughway for the road in the property deed when the land got turned over for JBC. then the Chicken Sh*t made another nice bundle on selling the road way.
