Gmail. Slow

Featured Replies

Hi

When i open Gmail its so slow to open, when i klick older version down on the bottom line everything is OK, any idea why it is so? and how can i get it to stay in older version (if i cant fix why its so slow) can i in some way install a new gmail or what can i do, i want to keep my e-mail address

Thx a lot guys

Try to open with his link: http://mail.google.com/mail/?ui=1

There's actually no workaround as Gmail always will redirect to the "new" version.

But this link may help.

for slow gmail try downloading and using Google Chrome as the browser--you can still keep you other browswers IE, Firefox etc--just use chrome for your gmail accts

Hi

Thx guys but still the same, will keep trying

Are you using your browser to read the mail, or a client like Thunderbird?

Have you added any new labs feature recently? They might be the cause, I have experienced it before... But usually for me the problem is only for a while and irons itself out after a few days..

Hi

Dont know much about this, i use IE thats all, did try with the gmail offline mail, but dont use it anymore, i only have gmail, nothing extra

it works OK in the old version

I've experienced this on and off randomly all over the globe. I am nearly always using Firefox and I actually keep Chrome clean for another purpose. No real issues outside the short term.
