I'm headed down to Chonburi for the Buffalo Racing Festival for the first time this weekend. I have no idea which hotel will put me close to where the buffaloes are...any help would be much appreciated. Most of the hotels in my price range (under 2000 B a night) I have seen are on Bang San Beach--is that close?

Thanks a bunch for this and any other information about the Races you can give me.
