The pay rates in sakon nakhon are : laborer 120-150, skilled labor 180-250. Tile , steel, concrete, wood.

Be careful with contract rates for full job as the cost will well exceed those day rates and the quality will be very poor in comparison.

I am 70% complete on 1500 sf using the above rates. My total labor cost stands at 150,000 baht.
