dr_Pat_Pong
Just had to renew my passport. My original OA visa, what happens to it? Produce both passports to the Immigration Officer on your next Thai arrival Rooo.
Mario2008
You have to go to immigration to transfer all your stamps to the new passport. They won't transfer a visa, so if it is still valid you have to use both passports when entering Thailand. Transfer of details is free and doesn't take much time. roiethome
Transferred my visa to my new passport on Monday at new office, only took 15 minutes from start to finish.
thaiphoon
Transferred my visa to my new passport on Monday at new office, only took 15 minutes from start to finish. A visa is issued by embassy/consulate and cannot be transferred by immigration. Suspect you mean your permission to stay stamp/extension of stay stamp/re-entry stamp (as appropriate) were transferred.
