boogiewoogie
Hello, we sent our papers in local embassy, but our documents lost(local post fault), we have a flight in a week, so its absolutely not possible to try obtain another one, all we can do is to get new pasports. So at the moment all we can do is to have a 15 days visa on arrival, even know that we have return tickets in 3 months. How can we solve it? Can we have 2 months thai visas in any other countries in region? Malaysia? Lao? Cambo? Is it even possible for us to have visas(for example) in Malaysia? Or they only accept malaysians and residents f malaysia there? What can we do? Please, give us some advices, we are super despirate:(
visarunner
you can get the free Visa on Arrival for 15days. I am not sure about the Visa regulations for Hungarians for visiting Malaysia , but if you go to Laos , Royal Thai Embassy in Vientiane , you can obtain a Tourist Visa , either Single or Double Entry. The Laos Visa on Arrival is issued at the border without any problem.

What about malaysia, do they issue visas for anyone or only for Locals? We are goin to Samui, so for us its much better to go to Malaysia. What closest embassy to the border? Or we need to go all way to KL? Or maybe even Langkawi?
lopburi3
You should buy tickets out to Malaysia before you start your travel or you will likely not be allowed to fly to Thailand. There should not be any problem obtaining a tourist visa there. You need an air ticket so Penang or Kuala Lumpur can be the Consulate you fly to. Visa Issuance:- On arrival: for a max. stay of 15 days (only at Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Hat Yai, Krabi, Phuket, Samui Int'l, Sukhothai Int'l, Surat Thani and Utapao airports): - nationals of Hungary; - To obtain the visa on arrival, the passenger must be: - holding passport valid at least six months and in good condition, with at least two blank visa pages for visa label and endorsements; and - holding tickets (standby tickets not accepted) for onward/return journey within 15 days from arrival date (if failing to do so, entry will be refused); and - holding at least THB 10,000.- (approx. USD 320.-) per person or THB 20,000.- (approx. USD 640).- per family; and - able to provide an address while in Thailand; and - coming for touristic purposes only.
