Sending Electronic Item To Bangkok

Recommended Posts

Posted

I have to send an Oxegen Concentrator to Bangkok for service. It weighs about 3 or 4 kilos and is about the sixe of a six pack of beer. It is worth $5000 so I am a bit worried about losing it or having it excessively drop tested.

Can anyone recomend a good reliable carrier for small items in Chiang Mai.

Are you sending it to a shop in BKK? Maybe you can arrange with them to pick it up and send it via bus. very fast and not too expensive. I send samples from my factory to my office in Bangkok via bus, works well get there within 8hrs.

have the repair shop send a motorbike guy to pick it up at the bus station. write on the box glass (in thai) so tehy are careful with it.
