Hi all entered thailand on double entry TV from laos on the 11th sept, due to a family problem had to fly back to the uk on the 9th oct. I Have booked a one way ticket back to BKK on the 15th of oct. The enter before date on the 2nd entry is 9th dec. So question is any problems comming back early thank,s aazA.

no problems whatsoever, but you'll only have 60 days from the date of your second entry.

As you said "Enter before 9th Dec". No problem.

You can then extend for a further 30 days at Immigration.

No problem. You will get 60 day permission to stay on arrival. FYI if you had of obtained a re-entry permit from immigration before you left for the UK, you would have been stamped back in around 10th Nov (11 Sep + 60 days) and avoided needing to use your second entry this time.
