Power Of Attorney Form

Hi,

Not sure if this is in the right forum.

Does anybody know where I can download a power of attorney form from the internet?

It's for a lawyer to act on a civil case. I would imagine there is a standard form somewhere in cyberspace, but I can't seem to find it.

Not sure if this helps, but in the somewhat better bookstores they sell standard forms to authorize somebody to do something on your behalf. The Thai expression is "bai mawp am naat".
