Two Website I Can't Load

Hi

Two websites that used to work for me no longer do. I'm trying this on computer that I've just clean installed XP on so I know it's not the machine, they don't work on my other machines either.

http://www.novatech.co.uk/

http://forums.msiwind.net/

If somebody could just check and report back that would be helpful.

I'm on MAXNet Indy 3Mbps and other than the occasional web site needing a refresh to load my connection is very reliable.

cheers

Neither load for me from Chiangmai DTAC EDGE. msiwind can not even be resolved by DNS at the moment. Both show up in whois as active and expiration not until next year. Also tried my alternate US based server and they both don't load from there so appears to not be specifically a Thai side issue.

//edit - correction, the novatech connection loads from the US server but not from my Thailand connection and the msiwind from neither.

They both failed to open for me, BUT if you go to this website;

http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com

It says the first site is up, but the second site is down for everyone. Good Luck.

I confirm. The second one is down but the first is loading fine from Switzerland. I suspect a new "feature" from the genius in charge of blocking websites in Thailand. :)

Here's the story concerning the msiwind forum site from the site operator:

****, having a lot of trouble getting the site back up, have changes the

name servers on the domain to point to a different server. Have managed to

rescue the databases for the forum, image gallery and wordpress but the

wiki database was corrupted, I may have an old back for that.

I'm trying to rescue the php files but the old server's hdd is corrupted

so I'm unsure how well that will go, these files shouldn't be critical but

they will be a setback to getting the new server up to speed because the

modifications that were made to these files will have to be made to the

new files that replace them. Thanks.
