I had some serious problems with True this month. Engineers around and said impossible to get a decent bandwidth. Unstable, slow etc...

Just did a bandwidth test resulting in a very nice surprise!!

contract is for 4Mbps and 0.5 upload

I had only been getting 1.6/0.35

Today 3.85/0.5

So I called and asked why. They have been upgrading the the system and doing maintenance, completed today. None of the call center people or engineers mentioned it before, no point asking why. I was going to cancel the contract next week....perhaps not now
