Dialing Out With Outlook

I am sure it must be somehow possible...Mobile phone (HTC Touch) is connected via USB or Bluetooth to my laptop.

The Outlook contact window has this "call" button but I cannot figure how to make it call that person via my mobile phone.

I mean it...I want to click on the contact in outlook and dial the number and make the phone call. Actually...icing on the cake would be if:

Edge modem connected to my comp. Dial with the Edge modem and listen/speak with a bluetooth headset.
