Try: Central or Robinson Department stores, most have a WU branch inside. Also your local post office, which is probably open until noon. Have seen lots of WU signs up at the Thai post offices in the last lots of months.

You didnt say where in BKK? On Silom there are several money exchangers that also do western union right around the BTS.
