B2 Visitor's Visa For Thai Wife's Mother To Usa

Featured Replies

Hello. Just wondering if anyone has any experience getting a B2 Tourist visa for an older Thai to come and visit?

My wife's mom really wants to visit her in the US, and see Disneyland and snow.

I don't think we'll have any problem establishing ties to Thailand to convince them of her return (All the rest of the family is there, they own a residence as well as a parcel of farm land near the NST airport).

My concern is financial. Both of her parents are old and have recently suffered medical issues which have forced them to stop working. I don't believe there is any way to sponsor someone on a B2 visa.

Anything we can do?
