Change Of Address

I intend to move to a new address some 10 days before my retirement renewal is due and 16 days before my next sheduled 90 day report. I've been at this present address 3 years.

Do I simply use the new address on the forms I submit or do I have to do a separate change of address>

I would just put the new address on the new forms if same office - if moving areas it might be best to advise old office to foward to new area early as it seems to be very close to due date (10 days) which does not allow much time for missing paperwork issues.
