The problem with Vietnam are the people. They're not like Thais, friendly, moral, kind and sweet. Vietnamese people are highly intelligent, calculating, aggressive and unfriendly on the whole. That's why it's a short holiday destination best case scenario and not a long term living option. The chaotic motorcycle noise problem is far worse than Thailand. It doesn't seem an appealing place to live, Da Nang excepted.
