belida88 Posted November 16, 2009 Share Posted November 16, 2009 I am interested in fishing the Chiew Larn lake especially the upper reaches of the Khlong Saeng. A friend of mine who fished there stayed at a floating lodge which is also a ranger station. Apparently accomodations were very very basic which is fine with me ...so long as the fishing is ok. Also is there anywhere to launch a boat, and I have seen websites with flating bungalows, are there several of these or just the one group. Andyman Posted December 11, 2009 Share Posted December 11, 2009 Fished there before, stunning scenery, cannot bring your own boat, you board a longtail at one end of the lake and then travel to the top of this lake were the best fishing is, Monkeys, hornbills, etc. etc. accomodation VERY basic.
