Confusion Over 90 Day Reporting

Featured Replies

Guys, hope someone can advise me.

I'm currently on a non imm B, with extension of stay permitted up to August 2010.

My last 90 day report was done at the end of August.

I got a re-entry permit in September and used it to re-enter Thailand on Oct 7th.

So, now I'm not sure if I need to do a 90 day report at the end of this month.

Or, is it not due until January because I entered Thailand again in October?

Many thanks for any help.

Next report due 4th Jan 2010. 90 days from 7th October, 7th Oct counting as Day 1.

your 90 days count from the last time you entered Thailand, in your case 90 days from 7th October, if you look on the reporting form it asks for the date you entered Thailand and the No. of your arrival card, so by my reckoning you report on 5th Jan 2010. Your old 90 day report form is redundant.

John, when talking about the reporting form do you mean the TM47 form?

the reporting form is tm47.

Thx Mario for clarifying.

My gf called the immigration office this morning, she was told that I can go to Rasa Tower if my company is registered with BOI, otherwise I have to do it at Chaeng Wattana. However, if I only need my passport and TM47 form (as indicated in other threads) then how do they know which company I work for?

You can use Rasa Tower for 90 day reporting as an alternative to Chaeng Wattana if you are a Bangkok resident. You will need passport, completed Form TM47 and any previous notifications slip. Other services at Rasa Tower are only available to BOI registered companies.
