Enter Before Date?

Featured Replies

In my double entry touist visa the enter before date is 24 May 2009.

I entered first time before and left before that date.

Now I entered for second time on 19 november 2009.

The customs used that visa and give me 60 days when I entered after 24 May 2009.

Is this correct of them or was my visa out of date.

Im worry for overstay if they do wrong and if I stay longer than 30 days.

In above case, will I get one extra 30 days from immigration or will they claim that

Im in overstay when try for extention after 60 days when entered after 24 May 2009 the second time.

Sorry for my pore english.

The Immigration made a mistake. You should have been given only a 30 days visa exempt stamp.

Since you are still within the 30 days since arrival go to Immigration office and have them correct it. You are not yet on overstay.

If you go down to immigration and apply for an extension before 30 days, they will see the mistake because they require a copy of the tourist visa you are extending and your entry stamp. You may be lucky to get 7 days.
