Methuselah
This news item has triggered two emotional responses. The first is a deep sadness at the loss of a young life;the second is anger, which is related to an assumption, which may be proven wrong in time, that foul play was possibly involved. Condolences to family and friends of the girl.

FarangBuddha
RIP little one...your atoms are indestructible. Ummm... not correct as we know since the 1930's They may decay into different forms of matter or be converted to energy but the atoms themselves (and their constituent parts) are never destroyed, i.e., no information is lost in these transformations.
