Deputy Transport Minister joins the investigation into fatal boat crash.

Pattaya, December 3 [PATTAYA ONE NEWS] : We have an update now on the boating accident which occurred on Wednesday and resulted in the death of two Chinese Tourists. Khun Gergoon, the Deputy Minister of Transport came to Pattaya on Wednesday Evening to investigate the accident. We can reveal that a total of 15 people were injured including 3 from England, 1 from Pakistan and two Chinese Tourists who were seriously injured and remain in Hospital at this time. The two boats involved in the accident have been recovered and it has been found that the drivers of both boats hold no licenses to transport members of the public. Both boats were also carrying too many people and therefore there would not have been enough life jackets for everyone on-board. Pattaya City Hall officials are now being scrutinized and asked why proper checks on these commercial vessels are not taking place. A dedicated team of local government officers are now investigating the accident and are expected to issue a full report on their findings shortly.

We can see how this will pan out.

The "drivers" will get punished and the owners will carry on as before,

TIT.

And whether anybody will see the "full report"? Dream on. As always a few months will go by and then nothing more heard.

TIT.
