Before you try

If on PC windows check for

Virus trojans etc

Look at control panel and keyboard settings

If Mac go to Finder

Syysten Preference

then Keyboard and Mouse

2 If these do not solve

Try re-start

3 try shut down and re-start

4 If you have done this before and confident

Can try a reboot

Before back up all important data on an external drive or 2nd computer

Youl need the installation discs

5 Also try local computer Dr even Thai villages have a lad ususlly who can fix basic gltches

Of course if your machine has genine software and warranty back to the vendor

6 Mac are less hassle and nearly all remedies can be found online in user forums to cmmon tweaks

If you have no capitals, then the problem is most likely with the keyboard, swap it out for another to test before you do anything else.
