Using Google Public DNS does really speed up connections to Europe and the USA and at 10.45 this very morning were nearly "instant" to sites in Thailand. Fantastic! bendejo Posted December 6, 2009 Share Posted December 6, 2009 If you're concerned about entities tracking your net usage (like me) google dns would be a bad idea. I already have enough precautions on my system to keep them from snooping, using their DNS servers would be handing them the info on a plate.
