December 7, 200916 yr I and my Thai wife buy stuff from Thailand (like shirts, bracelets, earrings .....) and ship them to my country. In the summer we go to my country and work as street vendors, selling these products. My question is. Am I working illegally in Thailand? It could be a good excuse for not doing it anymore and let my wife doing all the job Edited December 7, 200916 yr by Brunus
December 7, 200916 yr If you are doing the labor expect you are and the wife will have to do all the 'work'. Believe you can source and buy but others would have to do the packing/shipments. Sounds like a way to start a home revolution. Good luck.

Sounds like a way to start a home revolution. Good luck. Actually, Thais do the packing and everything is shipped on my wife's name. I just go to Bangkok, search, buy, and carry heavy bags. I guess I am not doing anything illegal and I have to keep on doing it Anyway home revolution has started. I refused to help my wife cleaning the apartment, washing the dishes, doing the laundry, taking out the garbage, claiming that otherwise I would be illegally working and risk deportation. Next step I will refuse to take her anywhere by bike or go to pick her up (don't want to steal job from motorbike taxi drivers).
