Soda Stream is alive and well in USA. i have one in Boston and it has been a great boon. I have thought of bringing one here to Phuket but can't see how to bring CO2 cannisters.

Don't have the soda stream, but have a nice James Bond looking soda maker in heavy glass with what looks like chromed chain mall on the outside.

Can get co2 cartridges at Verasu in Bangkok, so they may have soda makers also.

Thanks I will get my better half to call them and ask.

Checked the website, did not find any, but as you mention correctly, they should have some machines as they are selling the CO2 cartridges.
