LONDON - Then and Now
Non racists had to suffer - because sadly since 1941 it's been shown you can get a thick population to be racist and blame migrants for their problems. -

Accident Teen Killed After Pickup Hits Fallen Crash Victim
Picture courtesy of Kaoded. A 16-year-old boy has died after being run over by a pickup truck following a motorcycle crash on Rattanathibet Road in Bang Bua Thong district on the morning of 3 August. The incident occurred at around 05:50, beneath the pedestrian flyover near Bang Phlu intersection. Emergency responders from Poh Teck Tung Foundation, Bang Bua Thong Police Station and medical staff from Bang Bua Thong Hospital rushed to the scene after reports of a motorcyclist being seriously injured in a road crash. At the scene, rescuers found Mr. Sukankit Phukphan, 16, lying unconscious and unresponsive in the middle of the road. Despite efforts to perform CPR, he was pronounced dead shortly after being transported to Bang Bua Thong Hospital. His Honda Wave motorbike, blue and black in colour and without a licence plate, was found nearby. A white Toyota pickup truck with Bangkok plates was stopped near the scene. The female driver remained at the location and spoke with police. Authorities also observed skid marks and scrapes on the road extending over 10 metres, as well as impact marks on nearby roadside barriers. A 60-year-old taxi driver, Mr. Phairot Thanatham, said he had been driving along the road when he saw the injured teen lying in the middle of the lane. He stopped his vehicle and got out to assist the boy, who was still alive at the time. Moments later, the pickup truck arrived and reportedly ran over the victim. The pickup truck driver told police she had left her home in Bang Yai and was on her way to sell goods at Chatuchak market. As she descended the bridge over the intersection, she saw the taxi with its hazard lights on and a man waving for attention. She drove past but then felt something dragging beneath her vehicle. Upon stopping to check, she discovered the teenager lying on the road and was uncertain if she had run him over. Police said they have recorded statements from witnesses and are examining CCTV footage from the area to determine whether the initial fall was caused by another vehicle. The boy’s body has been transferred to the Institute of Forensic Medicine for a full autopsy. Adapted by Asean Now from Kaoded 2025-08-04 -

Dumbest tariff ever?
I freely admit my GF is much smarter than I am when it comes to emotional intelligence. You are confusing telling it like it is, with trying to impress people. -

L.A. Consulate visa questions
Tourist requirement is proof of onward travel, any ticket out of Thailand. I don't know what you're asking about. There's no requirement anywhere near this. They can ask you for proof of funds, which is 20,000 baht or equivalent in another major currency IN CASH ONLY. Has nothing to do with bank statements, let alone 3 months of bank statements. If they asked to see proof of funds and you try showing them a bank statement, they're going to laugh as they put you on the next flight back to where you came from.
