I've made a visit there and seems it has only one computer and one staff. The main office in Sapan Hin says they are open. I enquired as to the status of getting the extended to my OA and they guys said , go airport.... I hit there today!

I would expect only the main office would be handling them.

The only thing Patong Immigration Office will do now is allow you to report your address for the 90 day stay. Also it does not seem to be open consistently.
