Does a statement of income need to be issued by the Embassy in Bangkok or is it acceptable to Thai Immigration for it to be issued in Phnom Penh.

I am going to Cambodia early Jan so if its acceptable I can get a statement done there while I await a new passport.

Has to be from the embassy in Thailand.

Maybe you can apply for it by mail, depending on your embassy.
