Late on Saturday Night, Police were called to the front of the N&A Apartments located in Soi 13 off the Naklua Road, following reports of a foreign man who had apparently killed a puppy. Police were met by the owner of the 1 month old Shiatsu puppy, Khun Skauduen aged 40 who claimed the puppy had been thrown off a 3^rd floor balcony by a German Resident who stays in room number 301 with his Thai Girlfriend. Officers attempted to make contact with the German man known only as “Jo” aged around 50 but he refused to answer the door. Apparently this was not the first time “Jo” had killed animals in a similar manner and Police will follow up the case in the coming days by attempting to make contact with the suspect and question him over this and other incidents.

Poor little puppy.... bad bad person whoever killed the puppy.... but I thought the previous thread regarding this was closed for fear of distasteful Nazi comments.
