Obama’s approach to Iran, soft- the regime, the nuclear deal, the cash infusions helped legitimize and embolden the same authoritarian theocracy that the Western left keeps making excuses for. That’s the Red/Green Alliance in action, the radical left (red) uniting with Islamist forces (green) against the West, Israel, and liberal democracy. It started in Iran in 1979 when Marxists and Islamists teamed up to topple the Shah, then the greens purged the reds. Now the same marriage of convenience shows up in Western streets and politics, with social justice warriors marching alongside those who share zero of their supposed values except hatred of the "oppressor",Obama supercharged the domestic grievance machine and gave oxygen to that international version. The monster isn’t just Mamdani and the DSA,it’s the whole apparatus that treats American strength and traditional Law & order as the enemy while cozying up to regimes that actually crush the people they claim to care about.
