Rimmer Posted December 25, 2009 Share Posted December 25, 2009 On Friday Morning, a Lottery Vendor was involved in a serious assault and robbery in Soi Neun Plub Wan. Khun Ratanee aged 41 was rushed to Hospital suffering from a serious head injury along with facial cuts and bruises. Police were able to determine that she was approached by a Thai Man thought to be aged around 25 who appeared to want to purchase lottery tickets. Instead he beat the woman across the head with a metal pipe and stole her unsold Lottery Tickets and money she had taken for tickets she had already sold. Around 20,000 Baht’s worth of tickets were taken along with around 2,000 Baht in cash.
