Mobile With Wifi

Featured Replies

Any suggestions at what is out there please? Looking for a cheap wifi phone, touch screen would be a plus.

Dont mind checking out 2nd hand if there are good older models you recommend.

Thanks guys!

I just got a Nokia E63 for the GF she loves it :)

About 8700 bath for the E63 or if she needs GPS E72 but thats almost double the price.

E63 has Wifi and 3G (when ever that comes here) and as its a Symbian S60 Phone there is a lot of free software out there for it.

It has a qwerty keyboard but no touchscreen.

If she is into texting she will like the Nimbuzz software that can be installed on this phone that will even allow VOIP and Skype voice calls.

Another phone that I liked was the Samsung Candy Chat 3G B5310 this has a slide out qwerty keyboard, touchscreen and Wifi+3G at about 9000 bath. Not sure what OS its running but I think it Samsungs own software and I do not know if you can install more programs onto it.

The phones with WiFi seem to be all in this price range.

Be careful of all the Chinese copy phones around if you look at second hand stuff.
