The only place I know about this road is the Bangkok Pattaya Hospital.

Directions from Pattaya Tai using public transport would be nice.

ok, at the top of pattaya thai where it joins sukhumvit.

grab a song tau heading north in direction of BPH hospital.

get off just after pattaya klang at the petronas fuel station

look across the road and you wil see the Nokia centre next to Numchai, the big electronics retailer

then take your life in your hands and get across the road or better use the footbridge
