I was thinking of setting up an old laptop in the house over in LOS/Ubon for the family to webcam and talk each day via UK/LOS. What are the latest ADSL B/Band offers locally (monthly cost low Mbps) and what are the approx: set up costs to have a phone company put a telephone line in. I don't want to spend a fortune on a line while i'm not in thailand so cheapest options, if any, would suffice. Thanks for your help:
