rainman
I've done my last marriage visa renewal (in March 2009) based on monthly foreign income, because my 400k balance was a few days short of the required 3 months. For this year's renewal (March 2010), I may need to 'dip' into the 400k balance so I may need to go the income route again. So just a quick question, is the 40,000+ Baht income option still valid for those who have used it in the past (aka. grandfathered)?
lopburi3
The 40k (or 400k) is the current rule - nothing about being grandfathered.
rainman
That;s what you get from so many visa rule changes. Confusion. Thanks
