Thai Embassy Singapore

Featured Replies

Hello Guys,

Soon i need to get a new 2 or 3 month Visa for Thailand. Now i thinking to travel to Singapore to do so.

I want to ask those who did it in the past. What is your personal experience in the Thai Embassy Singapore

and what Visa did you get there.

Any Help would be appreciated.

Very efficient, quick, easy, polite and no hassles

It is about the best experience you can hope for when obtaining a visa

Single entry tourist visa will give you 60 day permission to stay on entry, which can be extended for a further 30 days at Thai immigration (fee 1,900 baht).

Thanks for the Quick reply! Will check out the Links.

Not that hard. Few tips here:-

1. Only morning can you apply visa - 0830 - 1200. They don't entertain application in the afternoon. Afternoon only for visa collection.

2. There is a standard form for applying. Made sure yu have full flights detail i.e. don't go when you have not confirmed your flights

3. Bring along relevant documents like company invitation letter, school acceptance etc

4. Complete the form, get a ta number & wait for your turn. Submit to the counter lady and she will review application and if all in order, give you a red form for collection the next day.

The embassy is at Orchard Road next to Lido Cineplex.
