cers
An original HP Compaq notebook adaptor for 850 Baht : is that a fair price in Bangkok ?
d0ndela
That's either secondhand or not a genuine HP adaptor. Genuine power adaptors and batteries for laptops are quite expensive. Edit: Having said that, generic adaptors usually works fine, so the 850 baht adaptor probably works fine. Do these adaptors also function as a kind of buffer against black-outs, or is this integrated in the battery ? d0ndela
That's in the battery. If you use the laptop without battery just plugged into the adaptor it will turn of instantly at a power outage.
cers
Thanks, so an adaptor which is not original cannot really hurt your notebook ? Edited January 14, 2010 by cers
