Narita Arpt Lounge

Featured Replies

Hi,

Passing thru Narita and want to know how the Business Lounge is for Star Alliance members.

Does United have their own lounge, or do they "share" with Star Alliance? Is it any good???

Thanks.

It is fantastic, you will find everything you need

If it is not to your liking it is because you are as

pompous as you appear just for asking this question

It's not pompous to ask about a lounge experience. I travel through NRT alot, and much prefer the ANA business lounge over UA's. Why? UA is often really crowded and seems more like a bus terminal than a cosy lounge. ANA also has a real nice soup station and sake bar. You can buy sakes not easily found elsewhere in the duty free shops at NRT, which is a great reason to connect there, as well...

Lastly, there is a great sushi bar in NRT terminal, near the UAL departure gates.

Enjoy your trip.

Its ok and nothing special to speak of at all, just like the Airline. Its large if that makes it great. Anyways I try to avoid United whenever I can. Most of the flights attendants are so old and should have been retired already. Anyways I guess its all about seniority on who gets to work the best routes.

What's with you LuckyLew? Pompous? I just asked a simple question.

Thanks for the defense from the two posters...

I try to avoid United also. But this was a short notice trip and I was lucky to get a great price on United. R/T from bkk to las (Vegas) for only 33,000 baht. Plus, it's still within the Star Alliance so that was an extra plus.

So I take it United has their own separate lounge. Thanks all for the input. I have 2-3 hr layover so I'll be checking it out.

Cheers to all.
