Printing 2 Scans On One Page.......

Featured Replies

Need to send some obligatory photocopies to govt........... scanned them, but their all small docs which i.e. can fit 2 on one page.

Down side, need to place them one by one. Anyone know how in MS publisher, word or what ever an easy way to set a template, and the pics can be mass loaded into the template - sort them selves......... and i just print?

Cheers.

How many pics are you talking about?

You may find your scanning software gives you the option to save scans to a single .PDF document.

Amount of pages depends on amount of scans.

After which its simply a one job print out.

Or, if you have already scanned the pics, you can insert them into something like MS Word in one go.

Or, if your problem is with multiple different picture dimensions, than you might want to use something like Adobe Photoshop to setup an automated batch script. This can resize all the pics automatically to your prescribed dimensions - therefore obtaining 2 pics per page fit.

Cheers......... yes, scanner can put it in photoshop automatically, but one scan per page, was trying to get two. Guess Word seems to be the best so far.

If you scan to Tiff it can have multiple pages.

Printing direct from file exporer - it can auto put 2 , 3 or 4 pics per page. Does crop some though, but for the rest works good
