Anyone know places that have either 100% acoustic or electric and acoustic performers??

not 100%, but try Bristol bar in Jomtien Soi 5 - they hae on Sundays a jam session that features lots of acoustic playing. Even the electric playing is not that loud. They have an electronic drumkit.
