Anybody seen filofax type diaries anywhere

guess they're called smartphones nowadays...

seriously, I'm looking for ages for something like that and any hint would be appreciated. Should be some nice leather cover with a notepad inside. Saw only cheapo PVC stuff that falls apart in no time so far...
