for the last 3 weeks I've had constant disconnects requiring router restarts.

speeds as low as 64k on downloads with a 3mb premier line

outages as long as 8 hours at a time where my linksys router says DSL is connected but no IP address being issued by ToT.

all in all its going from bad to worse.

Have you tried calling TOT at 1100# and then press 9 for English from your home phone.

When my international download speeds drop low (.2 - .5 mbs) I call and complain and they say they will alert a technician.

Just guessing but is it possible that because of TOT limited international bandwidth they put home internet numbers in a priority queue.

When I call it seems like my number goes to the top and my speeds are more like 1.7 -1.8 mbs. ( I pay for 2mbs)

I always get about 2mbs for Thailand websites (www.speedtest.com).

in Suphanburi I've had the same starting from the beginning of the year...the three months previous speed and connectivity were fine, better than they've ever been...now wonderin' if ToT implemented some significant internal adjustments/modifications from the first of the month?
