I'm paid up till the end of July on the Gold package......almost 9,000 month's worth. Roughly how much of that could I expect to get back from them if I finished up now? I think I paid about 4,000 baht deposit too when I had it installed about seven years ago.

Do they want their dish and LNB back or only the decoder?

If you are talking about an annual subscription, then you wont get any of that back. The terms state clearly that it is non=refundable in the event of cancellation.

You will get your deposit back once you have returned your set-top box and dish with LNB.

I don't remember how much deposit I paid. I do know that when we canceled we got a check from them for 4,500 baht.

You will get zilch or nothing of your advance payment back.

With regard to your start up payment of 4000 baht 2000 baht will most likely be deducted for the removal of the dish, decoder equipment which is on hire.

When i gave mine up in Phuket to move to Pattaya i was charged for the equipment to be removed which was taken out of my initial down payment.
