Subject says it all !! The Teliwiz shop is totally usless, called 1175, they are also useless, has anyone found how to see how much data I have used?

Do you know if up and down is counted, instead of the internation standard of downloads being counted, if I can get screwed I expect to !!!

OK, thanks.

So have to put the sim into a cell phone to check usage.

1175 just kept wanting to tell me the rates if I blow 30gigs a month, (describing the lady as useless is actually a compliment), I will give the benefit of the doubt and try again to get a better phone agent.

Do you know if I can check online?

I cant tell I'm using the Router package where I have a house phone connected to.

and thats the way I check I can agree that the customer support in AIS has still a lot to accomplish they are stupid people with university degrees so what can you expect .
